"Mississippi Gov. Haley Barbour said Hurricane Katrina victims living in government-issued trailers or mobile homes along his state's coast will begin evacuating this weekend. "
How many years ago was Katrina? Three? Maybe the Hurricane is trying to tell you something. It's saying, "STOP MOOCHING!"

While I am sure there are some people who are just mooching, there are a lot of people who are really in trouble.
Even though it has been three years, many families are still having to fight for their much-needed and much-deserved insurance money. Many families were prey to unscrupulous contractors who took their money and did not fix their homes.
While I understand some of that to be the case, I am also speaking from experience having been through a similar disasterous flood in South Georgia in the early 90s. It wasn't until 1999/2000 when the people in the FEMA trailers had to be evicted. It was then discovered none of them had even tried to get back on their feet.
I am sure there are some good people out there that are just trying to make do, but I was speaking towards those that are mooching.
